ZiwiPeak held the official brand launch to the very discerning high quality Japanese market over several launch conferences held during the week ending 17th June 2011.

The ZiwiPeak team was represented by the Chairman of the Board, Jon Mayson, as well as the CEO, Geoff Morgan, and one of the Directors and Shareholders, Nigel Woodd who is responsible for the development of the ZiwiPeak brand in Japan and other global markets. ZiwiPeak's Importer partner, K.K. GTMS represented by Meishi Sonobe - Chairman, Kenichi Nagai - Deputy Chairman and Mike Nakamura - Shareholder were also present at the launch. Said Nigel Woodd "This launch represents the culmination of over 20 months development and careful planning with GTMS and the identification of the key Distributor partners who could share passionately in the ZiwiPeak story and strategy for Japan. The brand has been greeted very enthusiastically by all Distributor partners and already excellent sales results are being reported. We are all very excited about the future growth potential and we are committed to build a long term business model with our Japanese partners."

There were two launch conferences held, one in Tokyo attended by many of the Distributors and their key staff as well as one in Kobe, primarily for the' Green Dog' retail operation. In both cases the Distributors were very attentive and asked many searching and well thought out questions to get a clear grasp on the ZiwiPeak brand and its unique points of difference.

The launch was also marked by a dinner with the senior management from the Distributors, GTMS and ZiwiPeak who celebrated this key milestone and shared their thoughts and passion for the future mutual success of this relationship. The overall comment from all attendees was positive that the ZiwiPeak brand will be well received by dog and cat lovers in Japan.
